The video above shares one of the many investments the SAISD Foundation has made in expanding student experiences at Highlands High School. Additionally, we recently made a $25,000 investment in the P-Tech program focused on engineering, aerospace, and welding.
Each year, the Foundation also supports scholarships and emergency gap funding for students going to college. For the class of 2022 alone, we awarded graduating seniors 11 scholarships and emergency gap awards at Highlands. These investments supported students going to universities including The University of Texas at San Antonio, Palo Alto College, and Grambling State University.
Your gifts to the Highlands Education Fund support teacher grants, school-based initiatives, and postsecondary opportunities at Highlands. As a 501(c)3 public charity, all gifts are 100% tax deductible.
