Each year, the SAISD Foundation supports more than 200 student scholarships and emergency gap funding awards to support postsecondary education for our students graduating from SAISD schools. The SAISD Foundation accepts funds from alumni, businesses, and community donors to support the dreams of SAISD students by providing funding to support these scholarships and awards.

Making a donation to the SAISD Foundation is a meaningful way to honor someone special. Your gift reflects your desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of others, just as your honoree has done for you.

Gifts can be made In Honor of an alumnus, a teacher, an administrator, an employee, a person who is passionate about education or a student. Gifts honoring a person for a holiday, a birthday, a significant anniversary date of employment or upon graduation is an excellent way to give a gift with meaning. Certificates will be mailed to the person being honored and the donor can be recognized or be anonymous.

In partnership with the SAISD Payroll Department, it is easy to make a monthly gift to the SAISD Foundation. Through SAISD payroll deduction, 100% of your gift supports students and educators in SAISD. Employee gifts in any amount allow us to make a BIG IMPACT TOGETHER. Employee GivingUnited Way Combined Schools Campaign

Each fall, employees in SAISD have the opportunity to designate the SAISD Foundation (Agency 8031) as one of the nonprofit organizations they want to support in the district’s United Way Campaign. For those who choose to give $100 or more we thank you with our annual t-shirt that demonstrates your support.
