Day 6 of The 12 Days of Giving goes to Ms. Flores and her 5th grade students at Irving Dual Language Academy. On Career Day, they were presented with science lab coats which were funded by a mini-grant through the SAISD Foundation. Ms. Flores shared, “All the students were very excited and happy to receive their science lab coats with their own name badge attached to it. They officially looked and believed they were scientists! We are planning to use our lab coats weekly on Thursdays and Fridays for Science Lab Days.
